Josh Collins

Chef

Born and raised in the woods and on the waters of northern Minnesota. Truly passionate about everything Outdoors especially foraging with my four children. I enjoy helping people learn about and connect with nature and our ecosystems, especially in the area of mushrooms; gourmet, medicinal, wild foraged and cultivated. When I am not in the woods I can be found in the kitchen with my wife, Jackie, creating nutritiously delicious dishes with an emphasis on amazing sauces, marinades, and dips crafted with simple, pure ingredients.
