The biggest question that we get most often is "where do I start". When it comes to starting any journey, starting is truly the hardest part. We designed our "5-minute challenge" as a way to get everyone up and moving. Although 5 minutes may not seem like a lot, think of it as a building block to a better life. No matter how busy your life might be, everyone has 5 minutes that they can commit to themselves. Many of our ladies within our F4G community started their life-long success stories by committing to only 5 minutes.
If you're a beginner and you're nervous about where to start or not sure you have the time, we challenge you to commit 5 minutes a day to yourself for the next 30 days. What do you have to lose?
